Booked a Cruise on priceline.com because of the "2 TRIPS FOR THE PRICE OF 1!" Promotion. Have called customer service 3 times now to request the Free Hotel Nights offered by this promotion. Each time these just gave me the run around; stating that the will send the free hotel night certificate by the end of the day. However, they never send the certificate. This is a scam and ripoff. Do not book a cruise on priceline, do not. Ripoff, scam, fraud!!!
