Shell vacation has contracted this company to give free 2 days trip to Hawaii.in August i have contacted this company to redeem the certificate. We gave dates and we were told nothing is available.in May i contacted the company again and gave new dates and again the response is nothing is available. I decided to file a formal complaint with office of the attorney general. Suddenly October 2-4 becomes available and very eager to book the flight. Unfortunately i do not have any more vacation so i called the representative Nuvia Preciado and told herto cancel the booking and will have to re-schedule on a later date. I was told that if we are not going to go to this trip the certificate is forfieted. This is an outrage becaause the certificate is good till the end of this year.
I have been in contact with the office of attorney general and i was told that this company is being watched by the agency for improper business practice. I am thinking of filing a lawsuit against this company.
