I received a certificate from the bank for a free vacation from Perfect Travel Promotions.in order to find out more information on the travel opportunities, I had to send in a $99 deposit per person (so it was $198). I was told that we could request a refund if we decided not to use the certificate.
When I requested the refund (in August), I never heard anything back for months. I emailed them in March, April, May and June. I heard back from then in May and they said that my refund was being processed. It's not the end of June (10 months after my initial request for a refund) and I have yet to see any money!
