These folks have no customer service skills. They are less than honest. If you book on line, they ask you what time you want your POD deliver but they do not honor the time. I was told that they could not give me an Estimated Time of Arrival. It is a total lack of understanding that you have movers waiting for this darn thing. Trust me... Pay a vanline.
