PODS was good at delivering Pods, but when it comes to delivery it is a very unpleasant experience. We moved 125 miles away from pick-up location. PODS took our container to a facility near the pick-up location so, when it came to delivery time, they wanted $4,100 to delver our 4 PODS 100 miles. At pick-up time we were told the PODS would be stored at a facility near our drop-off location and there would be a minimal drop off fee. Now that its time for delivery. PODS wants $4,100 or told us we have 24 hours to send a truck to get our belongings out of the PODS. Did I also mention we are current on payments for monthly storage and have paid $6,000 in storage fees. WE have used PODS in the past, so know how the system works. PODS made a mistake in not confirming delivery location, took our PODS to the wrong location and wants us to pay for their mistake. After a very disturbing conversation with a Supervisior from PODS "Consumer Resolution Team". My persona; belongings are being help captive for a big ransom and the Customer Service "kids" have no compasion for what it feels like to have all your belongs held hostage. I would never use or recomend PODS.
