I have called ATT on December 16 regarding the charges on my previous account when I was charged $200 for the technician's visit in conflict with the promised free installation. I was told by an ATT rep that he can fix the problem if I commit to a new agreement, what I did.
I was repeatedly told by him that I will get a refund ant there will be no technician's charge for a new upgraded connection and I will even get better speed at a lower $45/month price.
Well, I have received the credit, but also to my surprise - a new $120 "charge for jack work" and $55/month fee instead of the promised $45/month for the new account. Do I have to spent so much time and energy just to get back to square one and be ripped off by ATT? I demand to be treated by ATT as promised by it's representatives and expect a quick solution to the problem, unless I was intentionally ripped off, which would call for a different kind of action, of course.
