Xavier, a person, who tried to fix my computer, failed to do it.
First, he didn't mention the diagnostic price, and then ripped off $40 for this diagnostic. I wouldn't leave the computer if he had given this price. More, he promised to fix the computer for $60.
Second, he called me that the computer fixed and I had to pay additional $190. He gave me warranty for 90 days.
Soon it turned out that I can't connect the computer to the Internet, and I called to Comcast to fix this problem. Comcast and I tried to do it on phone, and then I had to call in a technician.
Technician came, tried to fix the connection. Then he wrote in his receipt that it was not connection, but computer problem.
It happened in a month. I called Xavier asking to fix the computer or return money because of 3-month warranty. He refused.
