Amigo Energy
STAY AWAY, customer service is TERRIBLE

I registered with Amigo power for link of support to get a fresh transfer-in roughly per week just before my move day. I received SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN 24 hours. Observe that they might not link support on my required day, but might link your day after. Used to do not examine my mail that evening, when I was shutting on my home, packaging, and shifting, and so I discovered that there is no energy once the individuals vacating the house I purchased named and informed people it'd only gone down.

I immediately called Amigo. They stated that my issue was with Oncor, and so I called them. Oncor advised me they had nothing related to demands for support apart from fulfilling them, which I required Amigo to demand that my energy be switched on. After contacting Amigo back and requesting important relocate to become positioned, I had been informed it had been not "their plan" to demand concern transfer in. I described that I don't have household locally, that I've a little kid, which it had been black and warm. They stated that there is nothing they might do, hung-up the telephone on me, so when the phone call was delivered along with a boss required I had been placed on store repeatedly in the centre of the discussion and may hear fun within the history. I named Oncor again, plus they explained that so long as a demand was obtained over the following hrs, they might change my energy on.

After-hours about the telephone, numerous moments waiting on-hold, and also the many rude customer support "experts" I've ever endured the catastrophe to experience, I had been ultimately informed by Amigo they might obtain concern relocate, but that I'd be billed $100 on my next statement due to their doing this. I told them to please move forward using the demand regardless, and my energy was on within two hours.

Our problems are these:

*How may 24 hours notice be adequate to allow a person realize that they'll don't have any energy your day required (new customer)

*The insufficient professionalism regularly familiar with numerous customer support representatives, such as the boss who ultimately got my phone after I had been informed during two preceding calls that the boss was "unavailable". I can't realize why the concern transfer-in demand wasn't positioned instantly, after I named the very first time within the early morning. At 8pm that night, after-hours of calls, which was the end result.

INEXPENSIVE, ALTHOUGH NOT worth the frustration.
