Responce from amigo energy about increased rate charges while on a fixed rate 12 month contract!

This is in responce to original post to the results of my attemps to correct a billing problem with amigo energy! After several phone calls to amigo energy phone support and after being put on hold for almost 2 hours i did eventualy get a live person on the phone which was no easy task! After being put off by the first customer support rep from amigo [WHICH TOLD ME SHE WOULD CAL BACK ]. I had another customer rep rom amigo look my contract up on thier records and she said the contract defaulted 1 month early, she said this was a mistake [ LOL ] then i asked her to give me the correct amount owed, after being put back on hold for about 5 minutes she came back and said that my bill had been credited and then she told me what the correct amount would be! In short companies which use this type of tactic should be reported. I had this sort of problem with another utiliy company by the name of [ FIRST CHOICE POWER ]! They also use the same tactic to get money out of thier customers!"ITS BAD TACTICS"— REPORT IT WHEN YOU GET USED LIKE THIS! Good luck
