Hello,

I'd required Amigo to move providers to the new house tackle 2 weeks before by utilizing their myamigo website (Client Self-Service Website). I'd obtained a of my request by mail.

2 weeks later, whenever we shifted to the new house address, our energy was disconnected. Whenever we named Oncor, our TDSP, we were informed there is no demand for connecting support to the new house by our retail electricity supplier (Amigo Power).

After I named their Customer Support quantity, they stated they didn't obtain any move demand (though I actually do possess the verification mail from their website). After I told them I'd the e-mail, they nevertheless continued requiring they didn't obtain any demand & it'd consider them 3-7 business days for connecting us.

We've very young kids within our household & we couldn't stay without energy within the Florida warmth! I described our scenario for their Customer Support brokers (more often than once) however they declined for connecting us sooner than typical; that they might by spending Important Link charge to Oncor (TDSP).
