Verizon Fios sales representitives will promise you gift cards when they are trying to get you to sign up for their services. Then when the bill comes and you call they say they never heard of any gift cards. Spoke to a representative Kara and she would not transfer me to a supervisor.
Look out for Verizon fios... They will say anything to get you to sign!
