I ordered flowers for Mother Day 2011. The order was accepted and my credit card was charged. The flowers were not delivered and no notice was received. I tried to get credit but the Customer Service number drops calls that want to track a delivery. Finally got through to a person by pressing the buttons to make a new order. The woman promised a credit within 3-5 days. She admitted flowers were not delivered. All their florist shops were closed on Mothers Day! The order was placed before Mothers Day. The refund has not been received.
