Andrea the front desk receptionist stole Michael's belongings in '06 and wants him go to court (Civil & Family). $10k (/-) worth of belongings (Coached by Diana I. Rader trying to get fees paid who was a "Automotive Law Attorney" which may mean criminal traffic (may take a case) defense and the attorney might have also later added FLAP. Michael almost had Andrea thrown in prison for theft through Superior Court and Michael was building a good case, enough for Police questioning and State prosecution that a jury might have convicted her on, and the attorney coaching conspiracy theory wasn't even part of the Police questioning and Michael knowingling had Andrea admit to possession of his belongings on disc with Andrea consenting to the recording (not on disc but posted) without editing through a hearing and Diana Rader said to Andrea "do not talk" after Michael said "I'm taking you to Superior" (not in a loud voice).
