Criminal Attorney, Michael E. Bierman was in fact arrested on November 28th. 2005 and charged with 2 counts of the sexual attack on a female court officer, while in the superior courts of Cherokee county, Georgia.

Mr. Bierman violated his own probation and a subsequent warrant was issued by the courts. Mr. Bierman did not report any of this to the state bar, and the crimes he commited fall under the uniform rules of court and the state bar of Georgia as defined as violating "moral turpitude".
Yet the state bar has seen fit to over look this despite numerous grievences have been filed. The courts as well as the state bar has the responcibilities in both protecting the public as well as punishing the attorney. However the "Good Ole Boy" mentality in Cherokee County is alive and well.
