I got to this please to get something to eat and i told the lady "i want a burrito with no onions" and she said ok anything else, i said "no". She give me my burrito and i went home when i started to eat my burrito i know its that it had onions so i i went back to the restaurant and i told the lady that "i ordered my burrito with out onions and you put onions on it " and she started to give me a bad atitude. She said " it doesn't have onions" and i said "yes it does, can you please make me onether one and plz make it with out onions cilantro and tomates please" and she said you told me just with out onions" and i said yes i know but you are still going to make me anothere one but just dont put onions cilantro or tomates please". She was talking to me with a bad atitude so i said "can i talk to the owner or can you give me his phone number so i can talk to him" she said "no" and i said "i want my money back" and she said "no im not going to give your money back i can give you the burrito but not the money and if you dont like it walk away". I called 211 and they give me a number (858-496-2131), i called and they give me this website so i can make a complaint on line. The lady came towards me and she said with a bad atitude "your burrito is ready come to get it if you want it", so i did because i was hungry and i didn't have more money to go anywhere else. I have work on jack in the box and kfc and thats not the way to talk to a client you have to take an test and they tell you and explain to you how to talk to a client even if the client is wrong.
