I am a LONG-time customer of yours in Springfield, MO. I love Taco Bell 's menu and food; but can't keep silent any longer about the drive-thru service at this location.

The lady designated at the drive-thru intercom needs to: 1. SLOW DOWN in her communications. 2. Speak clearly 3. PUT SOME EMOTION IN YOUR VOICE - a mono-tone voice is annoying and conveys "i don't care about the customer"

The variety of persons who rotate at the drive-thru window all need a workshop on how to properly greet and thank the customer.

ONLY for convenience, I visit this location an average of once per week. It is nearly impossible to get a "thank you" as I'm handed my order.

And on the topic of my order: "bean burrito without onion" really does mean HOLD THE ONIONS. My experience is 50% of the time onions are added despite my request to the contrary.

If I didn't love the food so much—I assure you I'd have given up on this location's staff long long ago. I'm confident the food is the ONLY thing keeping this location in business.
