Ok soo went through the drive through for mcds in surprise az and i made sure that they put no onions on my cheeseburgers said that when i ordered my food, proceeded to tell them at the window where you pay and then again at the pick up window, well as we were driving away i lloked at my cheeseburgers and of course never ever fails. Soo i get out and go into the restraunt and soo standing there for about 5-8 mins and finally someone asks me if i need help soo i then ask for a manager, soo a guy named andres i believe was his name wasnt wearing a name tag or anything snatches the cheeseburger outta my hand, he asks whats wrong soo i tell him he rolls his eyes at me and tells the cooks to make another cheeseburger, i notice that hes sweating like a pig hoping that none of his sweat got into my food or the several other customers food. Soo less than 15 seconds later he brings me a bag with a cheeseburger soo i say thank you no response the entire time from him, soo we proceed to go home we live in el mirage and i get our kids at the table to eat and i then notice iam missing 10 of the 20 pieces of chicken nuggets and then my large fries were cold and half full... Wow from me previously working at mcds this is the worst customer service ive ever seen. Drive through are always rushing, no smiles, they never talk always always rude and give attitudes. Please tell me when this is gonna end
