I had the dubious privledge of finding that I also am being charged by these crooks. They claim I signed up for a service where I can host conference calls.
Ask then to show you a signature or any real proof you requested their services and see if there is anything other than a rip off from these people.
They claim that you are supposed to get a page in your phone bill that outlines their services as a subscriber.
What you in reality get is a section that is easily overlooked on page three of your phone bill.
I sent the following letter to these individuals:
Be advised.
I never contacted you, asked for, signed or in anyway agreed to or acknowledged your company charge my phone bill.
My number is (202) XXX-XXXX
I direct you to cease immediately charging my Verizon account as I will pursue you in court for wire fraud.
Be advised.
I am contacting my district attorney and CBS news regarding this entire affair.
I contacted your company today and am awaiting a refund and an explanation as to why and how you defrauded me.
