You had the IRS direct deposit my refund into a bogus account that is not the one you listed on my return. You owe me and all your customers an explanation as well as an apology. I wonder if someone purposely did this trying to steal. How can the IRS have a routing# with an acct# that includes my SSN, going to a bank not affiliated with TaxBrain? I am disgusted with TaxBrains method of dealing with this crisis. People are in dire need of their money and your response to YOUR customer is ask the IRS.
