Tax brain has messed alot of taxpayers this year with direct deposits going to the wrong bank. Many taxpayers have been waiting on there returns to be told that it went to the wrong bank. Taxbrain needs to fix this situation immediately because its causing a lot of hardship for many taxpayers. I recently have incurred this problem and i am not satisfied with this at all. I will never use taxbrain ever again because they refuse to try and fix the problem they created. Taxbrain needs to come up with a solution before someone files a lawsuit and it wont be nice.
