I am hugely disapointed with this company. I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday. I placed the order online on a Friday and scheduled them for delivery on Tuesday. They didn't get there. I feel like an idiot because now she is going to get flowers a day late? How lame is that? I debated on using them over proflowers.com who I have used before. At least they would be delivered. Unfortunately, I can't comment on what the arrangement looks like because they never came. Hopefully I will get my $ back on this purchase but after my conversation with customer service, I highly doubt it. All I can do is try and save other people from disapointment by posting my experience with the company everywhere.
