Contract signed October 10. Job included upgrading main electrical panel and sub panel. Main panel was increased from 100 watt panel; subpanel was upgraded in garage. - contractor failed to request city permit - circuit breakers are faullty; continuously shuts off - several outlets non operational (both in house and outside); microwave requires 50' cord, nearest outlet non functional - rough patch for panel never finished - can not request final inspection;contractor did not pull permit - numerous request for return calls made; contractor never calls back
