Our TV has a panel going out which is a faulty panel to begin with that Mitsubishi knows is faulty when they manufactured the TV!!! We have followed your process of diagnoses and estimate of cost BUT you want us to pay a total of $365.00 of our own money to pay for the panel to be replaced and what about all the other panels that are going to go out???! We have asked you to replace the TV or give us approx $2200.00 ($1892.00 for the panel and $365 for labor) so that we can buy a new working TV!!!
