I used this company to book reservations for two days on vacation in lake placcid new york. Upon arrival at lake placcid. I was told the reservations were booked at lake saranac. Yes lake saranca is in new york but not where we were nor wanted to stay. I attempted to cancel these reservations but was told i would still be charged with one night stay due to not cancelling two days in advance. Why would i cancel a reservation i wanted to use? Again right days booked in wrong place. Why would i book reservations in a place where i was not going? Person at the motel was rude and told me that it was their policy. I attempted to contact expedia representive only to be repeatly put on hold and questions never answered. I luckily was able to get a room in lake placcid for the two days but feel i should not pay for the booking mistake. I have shared my experience with all my family and friends. I would not book with this company again. Still mad in illinois!!!
