Wyndam Ramada Wingate Baymont Microtel Super 8 Howard Johnson Knights Inn Travel Lodge Made reservations online and when we attempted to cancel 3 weeks prior to the stay, we were told non-cancellable

Made reservations to stay at Lake City, TN Days Inn on 9/16/09 through the internet. Made the reservations directly through the Days Inn website. When we attempted to cancel the reservations 3 weeks prior to the scheduled stay, we were told they are non-cancellable. The internet rate was a special rate so it was non-cancellable. The Customer Service said the regular rate was $10.00 more.
