OK so I went to have a special dinner with my fiance and my family because it was his birthday. We were having a great time, talking, but we noticed the drinks took a little longer, but we didn't really care it was all OK. When we decided to order, after 45 minutes of waiting we got really upset and was about to walk out when a waiter said the food was being delivered. I told her that no one had come up to us and let us know that the food was going to take a long, we just had to assume. Then, the waiter told us that the chef had left therefore the manager and someone else was cooking. I thought this was VERY unprofessional and unsanitary. I understood that it wasn't the waitress fault, but that she should of informed us what was going on. I heard screams from the kitchen. When indeed we got our food, my fiance's food was OVERCOOKED so i told them to get rid of it i didn't want it. My food was missing the blue cheese sauce that i ordered. My moms stuffed pancake was OVERDONE and VERY DRY! My little brothers Mac&Cheese was nasty and overall the service sucked!!! When it was time to pay, the manager didn't even apologized for the inconvenience, it was very bad management, overall i had to pay about 45$ and i didn't get no discount or anything. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS IHOP horrible management and service. AND i want my money back! They ruined my fiances night.
