I paid for a GE washing machine on the condition it would be delivered today. The shipper called today and told me they had no machine to deliver. It appears that, in their zeal to make a sale, my local (Neptune, NJ) HD lied. I've spent the day on the phone with multiple "assistant managers" who can't seem to fulfill my simple request: give me the machine I paid for on the day it was promised.
I've decided to cancel the order and tell everyone who will listen to shop elsewhere.
