I won't go into all the details of the loan mod "process" I have been subjected to over the past year; however, I need to vent on this last issue.
I received a voice message from Chase/Jannelle D. Tyus, after a year of resending paperwork and mis calculations on their part. She, Jannelle, left me her extention with one number short. Meaning, she left me the wrong number. After reviewing my vm several times, I decieded to go down to chase in person to get the number. Several hours later, I received some assistance, after being treated badly. I came home, called the number, only to receive a loop phone system and was never able to get a person or a voice mail option.
I called again the next morning, same thing. Called their customer service and after giving out my security information several times, never did receive any help.
