I have my home loan through Chase. I have been applying for a loan modification for 2 years. I have turned my paperwork 27 times. Every time i call i get a different answer. Two weeks ago i called and was told my modification was approved in June and the underwriter forgot to genertate the paperwork. The representative told me they would expidite it. I should recieve it by the end of the week. It still has never came!!! I need help, i want to keep my house!!! Please help me solve this.
