I ordered 2 bath/shower valves and 1 tub spout on Apr. 3. After 3 days and no confirmation of receipt of payment or shipment info, I started emailing Deltatogo.com. After a week of no response, I started calling their toll free number 3 to 4 times a day and left my name and number on each call. The toll free number is only a recording listing another email address (homeproductstogo.com) to get in touch. Of course, they did not respond to that email either. Now the recording is answering as everythingtogo.com and I still leave messages and get the same 'no response'. It's like they have my $238.05 now and I can only believe I have been ripped off. Even if it takes over 2 weeks to ship anything inside the USA, they could at least let me know they intend to ship if they where honest about it all.
