Technologies i authorised a pymmemt of 2.97 on3-29. On 4-2 this comm pany withdrew without notification

This company advertised aproduct for 2.97 four days later they charged anoter 139.95 they claim to have sent an e mail notifing me of thecarges but they did not. I called the billing phone number several times. All igot was afemale voice saying technologies and nothing else.
