I used my credit card to cover the cost of a two minute phonecall at Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in Puerto Rico. Yesterday when i checked my account I was charged $28.82 for this local payphone call. How do I contact this company for this fraud?

The address for Everett is the store the phone I used, and was ripped off by, is at. The payphone/ncic charged my card 20 bucks to make a call plus they never told me or gave me an option to opt out and hang up. It pushed it through with hardly any notice
