While trying to find out the origin of a payment demand, I ran across that are complaints about fraud at a telemarketing complaint site and which lists the same company name with the same phone number, but a different address.
The demand letter is unsigned, gives no names or details other than amounts under various headings and an order number.
The demand letter was sent from Minneapolis MN 554. The return address is within the Minneapolis/St Paul Metropolitan area.
