My account is closed because I requested it to be closed based on the conversation I had with the Central Payment's representative I spoke with on March 21, who informed me there would be no early termination fee for my account. So I cancelled with the knowledge that there would be no penalty whatsoever. But once I called to confirm that my cancellation letter had been received and they told me that there would in fact be a $300 early termination fee, which began my fight against that fee. Negotiations started regarding the ETF and therefore should have put a hold on the cancellation of my service because the terms of my cancelation had changed.By canceling my service, Central Payment Corp is now responsible for the interruption of my business sales, and therefore my livelihood.

I ask you to please review the facts and move forward and cancel my account without the penalty of the $300 early termination fee, as I originally agreed to when I started my account on July 22 when I spoke with David Berno. I have done my research and found numerous merchants that have had the same or similar complaints with Central Payment Corp. As a result, I have spoken with the Better Business Bureau and understand the formal complaint process. If I have not heard from Central Payment Corp with a decision by the end of the day today, April 8, I will have no choice but to employ the assistance of the BBB.

Do not attempt to contact me by phone. Every communication between my business and Central Payment Corp must be handled by written notice only.
