Technician ID 0738468—Roger— Our new washer was leaking at the bottom. Technician found dog hair from a blanket we washed was hindering the seal on the door, thereby not causing a complete seal, thus water leaked from the door.
He was very thorough in his investigation, and I thanked him for alerting us to clean the seal each time we wash.
