Purchased brand new HP 18 inch laptop with upgrade to windows 7 eligible. Have jumped through so many hoops to get HP Win 7 upgrade I will never purchase an HP product again. Went as far as to provide copy of HP registration, 10 pictures of carton with contents, shipping labels, serial numbers, and 2 proof of purchases (email and fax), but HP still playing games with me. Finally decided to pay the $100 plus Windows 7 upgrade and vote with my feet. Back to Dell for me!
