Windows 7 Update - Windows 7 Upgrade

I have been disappointed by HP inadequate support of the Windows 7 upgrade promised when I bough a Pavilion dv4 on 9/15/09. I received an order confirmation 2220410003 but have not received my upgrade. Nor can I trace my order on www.hpwindows7upgrade. Arvato.com/north_america as promised.
