I purchased a Hp 17 inch Laptop computer-Printer Package with 6 month anti-virus protection PLUS a free upgrade to Windows 7 in October. I was told to bring my computer back to Best Buy in Oxford, Al. And this service would be provided to me as soon as it was provided to them. (This was prior to Windows 7 being available) No time limit was given to me.in the meantime, we had family sickness and my mother passed away. We were in Oxford yesterday and I went by to pick up my disc, only to be told it was no longer available in the store-stopped in January. How am I to get my Windows 7 disc for installation? If this is not available at this time I want Hp or Best Buy to provide me with a comparable program! I may be contacted at area code 256 362-3631.
