I am very unhappy after buying Magic
Jack the summer of 09. I was under the
impression you could use your old phone number. When this prevented me from
being able to install it I had an online
chat that told me by the end of the year this would be possible. Well it is
now the end of the year and the online chat says it is still not possible. I
want my money back and this is refused.
