I bouht a car and after only less than 2 months the transmission went and they wont help

I bought a vehicle a 1999 Ford Exployer and the window didnt roll down they said they would fix it and didnt now the transmission went and he wont do anything I had the vehicle less than 2 months I am a senior and on disibility Can any one help me?
