I am the not so proud owner of a 2002 Toyota Solora. My parents bought me the car after I graduated from college. I bought the Toyota because they had SUCH a great reputation and the cars were so reliable.in the 5 years that I have owned it, the car has had 3 transmissions in the vehicle. Now the majority of the work was under warranty.
I got left on the highway in the middle of the night. I also got told that it was my driving and not my car. Then my favorite was that I was halucinating and that there was nothing wrong with my car.
Anyone that I talked to at Toyota could or WOULD not help me. I called and chatted with a couple of nice people, but they didnt do what they said there were going to do. And didnt help me fix the problem.
I am in the process of trying to sell the car and it needs ANOTHER transmission. Who would want to buy this car that needs it 4th transmission?
I am so disappointed in this car. I will NEVER have another Toyota in my life. I wont buy any products that are associated with Toyota either.
