Bought a 1999 Ford explorer for 2700 cash and the transmission is going out. Its a lemon

I bought a 1999 Ford Explore for $2700 cash just a few weeks ago and now the transmission is going out. They told me it was in great shape and that the owner of the dealership was the owner of the vehicle. Now they wont fix it or give me my money back.
