On 2-6-10 I placed an order from WBShop.com, for a DVD set for a popular tv show that I enjoy. I completed my order and paid for my purchase and was informed by WBStore.com, that my product would ship by 2-9-10. It is now 2-24-10 and my product has not shipped yet! I have spoken to customer service on several occasions and was informed the first couple of times that my purchase would ship soon. After about a week of dealing with customer service, I tried to cancel my order and was informed that I could NOT cancel because it was already processing. They offered to refund the cost of shipping when it finally shipped. My compaint is this, why was it not shipped when promised, why was I not informed of any issues with shipping problems until 2-23-10, why was customer service not informed of any issues about their warehouse shipping issues so that the information could be passed on to customers, why was I not allowed to cancel my order and get a full refund when I requested due to the shipping delay, why am I still not getting a ship date from the company. I would like to have my DVD set that I have already paid for. I could have went elsewhere to purchase it but my money is already tied up and even it I was allowed to cancel the order, customer service is telling me that it would be 5 to 7 business days before my funds would be credited to me. For a big company like Warner Brothers Studios you would think that they treat people better and at least, try to keep their customers informed of any shipping issues. My last conversation with customer service, they told me that this has happend to several customers that placed orders between 2-5-10 and 2-11-10. I was also informed that on 2-23-10 a customer service supervisor would contact me with additional information about my order and, as I thought would happen, I never received a call or email from anyone at Warner Brothers.
