I recently discovered that I had been paying $9.99 per month for premium texting since last March for SoLow to text me an offer to play a game on my cell phone. I never signed up for this service, nor have I ever used it. I reached a customer service agent at SoLow, and while I was complaining to him, he actually yelled at me and hung up on me and have not been able to reach them in person since. My husband and I have filed a complaint with the AG's office in California, and have been unable to reach them via phone a second time. I do not understand how this company can send a text and bill for it without the individual's express consent. I do not gamble or do any on-line gaming at all and am incensed that I have been ripped off over $100.
