Sometime in May 2009 there began to be text charges from solow.com.
The charges have been charged to my Verizon cell phone account. Verizon is unwilling to consider this fraud so I remain with the charges to pay to keep my account current.
I was out of the country May 26- August 11,2009. As such, I had no idea of these extra charges until I arrived back in the USA. I incurred late charges with Verizon because the automatic payment I had set up was only to cover my baseline service.
I have called the 877-402-3687 that Verizon gave me. It seems "solow" allows you to unsubscribe but there is no way to get the 5 months of charges reversed. I am out about $100.
I will be sending them my bill and if they do not pay then I will send a claim to the attorney generals office. As a Verizon customer, you would think that Verizon would deal with the obvious fraud and dismiss the charges and go after solow.com.
Unhappy customer with solow.com as well as Verizon.
