I bought a ring from EDM designs on Etsy. I paid $145.00 for it, and she told me it was silver, so I figured at that price it must be sterling silver. It never occurred to me that it would be cheap plated metal, but when my finger turned green and started to break out in a rash I knew there was a serious problem. Shortly after that all the plating on the inside flaked off. Then, to make matters worse, the watch part popped off of the cheap base, it was just glued on!
I tried to email her, but she has a strict "NO RETURNS" policy, and she got very abusive with me when I told her that I felt cheated. She called me several names, and threatened to get me banned from every buying on Etsy again. Of course any sort of a refund was out of the question.
Basically, I am out $145.00 for a broken bubble gum machine piece of crap, and I got threatened and sworn at in the process. Stay away from this crazy lady!
