I purchased a sterling silver claddagh ring from this site for my daughter for her 8th grade graduation in June.By August the ring had turned disgustingly black twice, not just the inside but the entire ring BLACK. I cleaned it with a silver cloth, but thought even though it was stamped. 925 for sterling that there must be something else in it that was causing it to turn so badly. Then it split, perfect seem split, broken and pinching my daughters finger. Nice graduation present! When I contacted the business they told me it was outside of their return window and the best they could do was give me a credit towards other merchandise. Now I don't want to buy silver from them again and the gold is way out of the question. I work for a jewelry buying company and when I got my kit out to test the ring to see if it was. 925 it tested that it was not. So I have $77 sitting with these people that I do not want to buy from and they don't want to give it back to me. Talk about bad business, I will be sharing this with anyone and everyone I know.
