Alexis Breslaw Ebay Seller slow-never shipping paid for items, blames all on USPS

I had purchase 5 different items from her through her Ebay Store. Items were paid for through Paypal NOv 10th same day for Priority Mail service (2-3 days).

Items were supposedly shipped on November 14th via online label created by Countrycandlescottage. I waited, a week went by waited another week then finally emailed her to find out what the problem was...

She stated that mail was particularly slow during the holidays and also stated that at the bottom of all her auctions, it simply reads "seller not responsible for transit times". I let it go a few more days, then contacted her again asking her to please file a missing article claim through her Post Office.

She said she would look into it but since I didn't purchase insurance that there was nothing she could do and once again I got the same story about "seller not resposible for transit times"

We are now into week 3 and still no package, so I asked my local Post Office what I could do since she did not care enough about her current customers keeping her business (myself incl.)

So I decided to file a claim through my USPS to find out what was going on, a few days after I did that I also filed a non-receipt of items dispute through Paypal. Forms were sent to her address along with her Post Office for the USPS claim, I never did hear anything back from that.

I tried to tell her either the package was lost or she was running a scam with her post office where she could get packages scanned for proof of mailing then given back to her (very illegal)!

I thought if she really cared about her customers, the right thing to do would be ship out another order, and if the missing one ever showed up I would ship it back to her at my cost, we are only talking about $8-10 worth of product here, not a yellow diamond. She flat refused, the accused me of wanting something for FREE.

Maybe she did not understand, in which I had explained to her time and time again that I needed the supplies to fill orders for my retail store & website and that I was not in a position to wait 6 weeks for product. Any other vendor wholesale or retail would have taken the appropriate measures and shipped out a replacement and written it off or filed claims to try & find it.

I tried my best to reason with her and that customer service is "key" here, but she kept blaming the post office & she was not resposible, and she was sorry but she had washed her hands of it after it shipped-this was her explanation in every email.

About 3 days into the Paypal dispute, my package finally showed up December 29th, yes it was supposedly shipped November 14th. I refused it at the post office since I had already purchased my supplies elsewhere because I needed them.

I though, well I will give her one more chance to redeem herself & I decided to close the Paypal dispute and email her to request a refund. She emailed back saying "sorry, but its not my fault it took so long" Online tracking proves that received her package back on Jan. 5th 2007 and I still have not received a refund.

To date her feedback pretty much tells the "sorry" truth about this Ebay Seller. The worse part is she actually doesn't care and is quite spiteful in her feedback replies for no reason. She is at fault here not the poor people trying to purchase items from her. She needs to just quietly remove herself from the business community because she doe not belong amongst the honest ones!

If you don't have it to ship, quit selling on the internet!
