While on an educational trip to New Haven, CT, i received a collect phone call from a friend who was lost. I accepted the charges but i was not inforemd of what teh charges would be. The next day I looked at my bank statement and saw a charge for $20.35 from legacy-Osp. The call only lasted for 2-3mins. As a college student I can not afford these unnecessary charges.
