I have been billed for a call lasting 3 minutes which I or nobody in my household accepted. We were charged for a long distance charge, a total of $16.30 for a 3 minute call. There is no way to contact the company, all calls to Legacy ld. Are busy then it disconnects, so your complaints or questions cannot be answered, but still you have the charge on your phone bill. The charges are outrageously high and unconfirmed by Legacy company employees or staff.
I am wondering if this is a legitimate company or just set up to ripoff unknowing people, many of whom do not adaquately check their telephone statement. This company may be doing this to an unlimited number of households.
